Wolff System is celebrating our 30th anniversary!
One
of Wolff System’s strengths is our commitment to continuous quality
improvement. During the development of new sunlamps, we produce
numerous prototypes to determine the tanning effectiveness, life
performance, and lamp-to-lamp consistency. These “pilot” lamps are
never released to the market. This is simply the first step in a
lengthy development process where the singular goal is to assure the
performance, results and value that is demanded by today’s professional
salon operator.

Once
in production, Wolff System sunlamps undergo multiple quality
inspections every step of the way. Any deviations from standard are
identified before the lamps complete the production cycle. All lamps
are subjected to post-production quality hold, where once again the
lamps are tested before release. A small quantity of each run is held
back from shipping for thorough evaluation and life testing. Our
ever-expanding volume of performance data constantly updates and
refines the standards for each lamp type.

meaning they can be treated as solid waste instead of hazardous waste
