If someone has dry skin and they tan, it is possible that they will burn and when the redness is gone still not hold onto any color. Body Drench, I found works great. Moisturize after showering and after tanning (as well as before tanning). If you tan first, make sure you do not shower for at least 2 hours after tanning, if you shower first, do not tan for at least one hour after showering.
