Originally from Avon, Ind., he oversees the purchase of production component parts and the source and quality of vendors based on quality and cost. He also develops cost strategy and coordinates design change implementation with the engineers and suppliers. 

Prior to joining ETS Tan, Howe worked as the materials manager at Keihin IPT Manufacturing Inc., where his responsibilities included managing several different departments, preparing department budgets, selecting suppliers and the development and implementation of an inventory reduction plan. 

A graduate of McMurry College in Abilene, Texas, with a degree in marketing and management, he is a member of the Avon Junior Athletic Association and the Avon Chapter of Kiwanis International. He enjoys working with children and collecting sports memorabilia.
