Bay Tanning, located at 212-73 26^th Ave. in Bayside, will exclusively feature the Velocity HP 1000, SS 755, SolarForce 648, SolarForce 652V and SunStar 432 tanning beds manufactured by ETS Tan, based in Indianapolis. 

The salon will be operated using software designed by Helios LLC, a sister company to ETS Tan that is a leader in providing tanning salon management and customer data software, and will carry skin products and lotions by Australian Gold and Swedish Beauty, also sister companies of ETS Tan. 

Owner Gregory Masaitis opened Bay Tanning with the goal of providing a high-end salon experience with the very best tanning beds and products in an upscale neighborhood. 

“I was inspired to own a challenging and self-rewarding business in a fast-growing industry,” said Masaitis. “I enjoy serving people in a fun and friendly atmosphere and I want to help people feel better about themselves by looking great.” 

Masaitis said he chose to exclusively offer ETS Tan tanning beds to his customers due to the high quality of the beds, sleek look and the company’s exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. “Our customers will love the short time it takes to get a great-looking tan,” he said. 

Bay Tanning also offers custom air-brush tanning along with a Smart Tan Certified staff and convenient tanning hours for customers. The salon will be open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
