SELDEN, N.Y. – A new indoor tanning salon is open for business with brand new beds and high-tech features.

The Hot Spot Tanning, located at 1310-14 Middle Country Road in Selden, will feature the SolarForce 648, Rejuvasun 332, SolarForce 652V, Solaris 442, Sunvision Elite and Velocity HP1000 tanning beds manufactured by ETS Tan, based in Indianapolis. 

The Rejuvasun Spa bed features revolutionary light technology offering customers beauty treatments and tanning all in one single unit. Clients can experience beauty-enhancing light therapy sessions only, tanning only or combine both in one 20-minute session. The Velocity HP1000 has a futuristic design and offers a 360-degree ultra-pressure tanning experience providing a deep, rich, long-lasting tan. It also offers several special features, such as an integrated stereo system with four speakers, a subwoofer and a powerful, total-body cooling system. 

“I’ve always been into the club scene and used to go tanning all the time,” said owner Adam Eskicioglu. “Every time I was at a tanning salon, there were things I didn’t like that I thought could be improved. I’ve wanted to provide a service that not only made people look great but feel great, too.”

Eskicioglu said he chose to offer only ETS Tan tanning beds to his customers because of the ETS bed features, appearance and results. “The beds look flashy and are also very powerful. Everyone that comes in for a tan loves the ETS Tan beds and the results they provide,” he said.

The salon carries skin products and lotions by Australian Gold and Swedish Beauty, sister companies of ETS Tan, and is operated using software designed by Helios LLC, also a sister company to ETS Tan that is a leader in providing tanning salon management and customer data software.
